The inspiration behind Lemons PEC came from Paula Rideout who was looking for a career change after working as a professional dental hygienist & Super Mom. She wanted to do something fun, work with her daughters and still connect with new people everyday.
Paula has now opened a second location in Belleville along with Sweets Gelato right next store to the original Lemons PEC in Wellington, Prince Edward.
